Score a 22.5x10cm panel of red cardstock at 6.5cm, 13cm and 19.5cm and shape the closure flap as shown.

Cut the last section at an angle and adhere the two short edges to create a pocket for the gift card and cover it with patterned paper, leaving a narrow border,

Matt the opposing panel with white cardstock, stamp it with the sentiment and decorative corners and add gems as shown.

Cover the outer panels with co-ordinating paper, wrap a 3x15cm border of red cardstock around the wallet and secure to create a belly band.

Matt the belly band with patterned paper, stamp presents onto white cardstock, paper-piece the design and colour the bows using alcohol markers.

Cut out the present topper, affix it to the belly band using 3D foam pads and add pearls to finish.
