Mermazing Together Shaker Card

Cover the card blank with purple patterned paper leaving a narrow border, then die-cut a medium sized scalloped circle in the centre.

Cover the aperture with acetate from behind. On the reverse of the acetate, use 3D foam tape to create a barrier to keep the sequins in. Ensure it’s not visible from the front. Place sequins inside then seal the reverse with a larger scalloped circle cut from purple shell paper.

Use Smoky Slate ink to stamp the sentiments onto white cardstock then cut out individually. For this design trim the extra decoration off the ‘mermazing’ sentiment.

Adhere the sentiment to the acetate then add a couple of wooden turtles below. Add the die-cut ephemera mermaid and merman using 3D foam pads to finish.
