Magical Christmas Wishes - a non-traditional festive card

Place the stencil over the front of the card bland and blend the three Distress Oxide inks through it, creating a colour gradient and focusing on making the rays more intense in colour towards the centre of the stencil.

Treat the card front with an anti-static tool then stamp and heat-emboss the bird and the sentiment in gold glitter embossing powder.

Stamp the bird again onto white cardstock and heat-emboss the bird part using the same powder. Add colour to the bird using the purple Oxide inks as watercolours, picking up from a glass mat with a waterbrush, then cut it out.

Adhere the bird to the card front using 3D foam pads. Embellish with a few tiny gold stars and add shimmer to the bird using the Sparkle pen. Round off the bottom corners to finish.
