Made To Surprise (Inspired To Create 90) - Rabbit colouring in how-to
How to colour in the Rabbit stamp from the Made To Surprise Premium Magazine 1.
For this card use instruction in the magazine for the card creation:
- Stamp the rabbit with Versafine ink as it is waterproof, onto watercolour card.
- Use the brush marker directly onto the card, so add the ink to the shadows. As the rabbit will be white, you can use grey for the shadows.
- Using a clean paint brush, blend out the grey using water. Don’t pull the colour all the way from the edges, leave a little colour there, so it still darker and giving the impression of shadows.
- Colour the shadows of the belly with pink, mainly under the hands/arms. Also add a little to the inner ear and nose.
5.Again blend out the pink with water to give a gradient look. This is a great way of adding small hints of colour. If the solid areas of the eyes didn’t stamp perfectly, go over them with a black gel pen.
