Lucky stars- blue palette one-layer card

Blend the four colours of Distress Ink on a 10x14.8cm panel of watercolour cardstock. While the ink is still damp, place the acetate circle stencil over the top and ‘lift’ the ink by dabbing through it with a wet wipe or damp paintbrush. Blot with kitchen towel to create a bleached look.

Add further circles using Distress Oxide ink and white pigment ink to create layers and depth to the bokeh background.

Once the background is dry, stamp the sentiment and stars using embossing ink and heat-emboss in white.

Add Washi tape along the left-hand edge of the card blank and adhere the bokeh card panel to the base to complete the design.
