Let’s go fly a kite - a fun slider card
Learn how to make this fabulous penny slider card and see the kite appear to fly!

1
Create a white 13cm-square card blank and cover the card front with polka dot cardstock. Draw dashes on the edges of an 11.5cm-square panel of pink cardstock.
2
Stamp and heat-emboss the sentiment onto the bottom-right corner of the pink panel. Draw a smile shape on the reverse and cut it out using a craft knife.
3
Use 3D foam tape to affix the slider panel onto a square of turquoise cardstock and secure it onto the card front.
4
Stamp, colour and cut out the kite then stamp and cut out three clouds. Affix two clouds onto the top-right corner of the card front so they overlap.
5
Slide a penny into the aperture on the card front and layer a 3D foam pad, another penny, the cloud and kite on top. Add a sequin onto the kite to finish.
