Create a card blank.

Cut a wide strip of white cardstock and a slightly bigger – but shorter – strip of light pink cardstock. Add a pink scalloped border to the bottom and attach it to the two die-cut and scored strips.

Die-cut candles from green and white cardstock and small hearts from mirrored cardstock. Affix a thin strip of acetate behind each candle and stick the hearts on top. Arrange on top of the pink rectangle. Cut out animals and place two of them behind the candles.

To assemble the bear, die-cut the head and body and add a small circle made with a hole punch. Mount the bear onto the first strip.

Secure the strips inside the box and assemble the card.

Die-cut a heart, balloon and string. Mount the balloon onto 3D foam pads and arrange everything in the top right corner. Stamp a sentiment onto white cardstock, trim and place across the heart.
