Cover the tag with patterned paper, punch a hole through the top and thread it with twine.

Layer the bottom of the tag with ribbon, fussy-cut a rose topper and secure it to the border using 3D foam pads.

Punch out a white circle, affix to the sentiment topper on top and mount it to the card front using PVA glue.

Fussy-cut a small butterfly and layer it onto the card front to finish.
