KNITTING TUTORIAL: Knit two together
Knitting two stitches together is the easiest way to decrease in knitting - here's our simple photo step-by-step guide
1

Work to the point in the pattern where you need to work your decrease. Hold the yarn at the back of your work.
2

Insert your right-hand needle into both of the next two stitches. You may find it easier if you visualise the tip of your right-hand needle travelling front-to-back and left-to-right through the two stitches.
3

Wrap your working yarn around the tip of your right-hand needle, the same as you would for a knit stitch.
4

Pull this loop through both of the stitches on your left-hand needle. Again, this is just the same as you would do for a knit stitch.
5

Finally, drop the two stitches off your left-hand needle to complete the stitch. You have now knitted two stitches together!
