Just To Say-Pretty Colourful Card with Butterflies

1

Cut a 14cm-square panel of watercolour card. Tap the inks onto a glass mat to use as a palette and use a damp brush pick up some of the red ink. Paint a small area at the top of the watercolour card, blending the colour out at the edges.

2

Clean the brush, pick up some of the orange ink and paint an area next to the red. Blend the two colours where they meet and blend out at the edges. Add all the colours to create a coloured area larger than the die-cut and leave to dry.

3

Pick up red ink using a smaller wet paintbrush, hold the brush over the panel and tap the handle of the brush to add fine splatters of colour. Repeat with each colour and leave to dry.

4

Once dry, stamp the sentiment at the bottom of the panel using black ink and attach to card front.

5

Die-cut a selection of black butterflies, shape the wings and secure the toppers to the card front gluing the centre of the butterfly. Add tiny die-cut butterflies as shown to finish.
