Just to Say Die-cut Butterfly Card

Create three faux mother-of-pearl backgrounds by dabbing pearl acrylic paint onto white cardstock using scrunched-up clingfilm.

Blend the blue Distress Ink over one of the card pieces and the purple Distress Ink over the second card piece. On the final piece use both the blue and purple ink. Buff the pieces of card using a just damp paper towel.

Cut the blue and purple piece to 12.5x17.5cm and attach to the card front. Cut the white cardstock to measure 11.5x16.5cm and stamp the sentiment in the bottom corner using Heliotrope ink. Attach to the card front.

Die-cut one large butterfly from the purple faux mother-of-pearl and two small butterflies from the blue faux mother-of-pearl. Shape the wings and attach to the card front. Die-cut the lace wigs and bodies from white card stock and attach. Add pearls to finish.
