Just to say- cute floral card with gem embellishment
Cut a 14.5x29cm piece of white cardstock and score and fold in half. Draw a 2.5x8cm rectangle on the fold line inside the card blank.
Use a craft knife to cut along the two 8cm lines which go across the centre line and score at the top and bottom. Fold this piece inwards so that when the card blank is open it pops up. Adhere the pop-up mechanism to the inside of the card blank making sure the pop-up piece is not stuck down.
Die-cut two larger flower pots from dark orange cardstock. Trim the top off one and ink the edge using Vintage Photo ink. Attach the two pieces together and secure the pot to the front of the pop-up mechanism.
Die-cut an assortment of flowers from coloured cardstock and attach them to the flower pot with the largest at the bottom. Cut a 14.5x5cm strip of patterned paper, matt onto dark orange cardstock and attach across the base.
Use Red Brick ink to stamp the sentiment onto white cardstock. Trim to size, layer onto yellow cardstock and adhere across the patterned strip.
Cut a 14x8cm piece of patterned paper and attach to the card front. Trim a 14x5cm piece of white cardstock and use Red Brick ink to stamp the sentiment at one side. Layer onto dark orange cardstock and attach across the card front.
