Sprinkle the Colour Burst powders over a piece of watercolour cardstock, spritz with water and allow them to move and merge to create a watercolour-effect background.  Put to one side to dry.

Die-cut two peacock feathers from coloured cardstock and assemble as shown.

Once the watercolour background is dry, sponge through the acetate circle apertures with the white paint. Use the paint sparingly to allow some of the background colour to show through.  Overlap the circles until you have the desired effect.

Blend Distress Oxide ink through the stencil to add more circles in deeper shades for added depth of colour

Trim the background design to fit the card front and adhere, adding the peacock feather die-cuts, then stamp the sentiment in dark blue ink to finish.
