1

Cut four 14cm-square piece of different coloured cardstock and place them in the desired order of colour.

2

Starting with the lightest colour die-cut the largest plain-edges heart die, you can then line this piece up over the next piece and position the next die perfectly in the centre. When using this kind of die set you’ll need to use the intricate die and another plain-edged die on the next piece of cardstock.

3

Repeat for the next piece of cardstock but keep your lightest piece of cardstock whole. Die-cut the sentiment from white cardstock.

4

To add interest to the pieces of cardstock use a couple of background stamps and co-ordinating colours of ink (or a watermark ink) to add a pattern to a couple of the pieces.

5

Layer together all of the panels using glue for a flatter look or 3D foam pads between the layers for more dimension.

6

Adhere the sentiment along with a white heat-embossed sub sentiment and add a little faux stitching using a white gel pen to finish.
