Sometimes when you cut a frame the pressure doesn't spread evenly across the die and that causes parts of the die to be missed and poor results. You'll also be getting a sore arm from having to keep putting the die through over and over again!

There's a really simple solution and it's all about creating even pressure across the die. Simply turn the die so that the rollers are only pressing against two sections and not having to labour across a full width of die. even the slightest difference in the height of the die can cause problems and minute imperfections can happen with all dies!
