Cut a circle 2cm larger than the outer frame of the embroidery hoop. Snip into the circle to create tabs all the way around. Open the hoop and place the paper over the inner hoop, then place the outer hoop on top of the paper to hold it in place.

Tighten the screw at the top of the hoop to secure then trim off any excess paper from the reverse of the frame.

Fix the doily to the frame slightly off-centre as shown then use 3D foam pads to attach the elephant, duck and rabbit in a row just above the centre line as shown.

Fussy-cut two stretches of bunting from patterned paper, one longer than the other. Use 3D foam pads to fix to the top of the frame slightly overlapping in the centre.

Cut a 9.5x1.5cm strip of yellow loop paper and trim into a banner shape. Use 3D foam pads to attach the sentiment on top then adhere the panel to the front of the design to finish.
