Die-cut a star mask from white paper then die-cut a small heart aperture in the mask as shown.

Stamp and heat-emboss the background stamp onto a panel of white cardstock using the mask and both colours of embossing powder as shown.

Layer the embossed panel onto a slightly larger piece of green cardstock then attach to the card front.

Draw around the star dies on green cardstock to create a star frame to fit inside the masked area then cut it out.

Use 3D foam pads to add the star frame in place as shown. Stamp the sentiment onto white cardstock and fussy-cut then attach to the card front using 3D foam pads to finish.
