Make an acetate circle stencil by die-cutting circles from a sheet of acetate. Keep them widely spaced to make it easier to work the ink through.

Randomly ink through the acetate circle apertures across the centre of a 12cm square of white cardstock. Vary the depth of the colour on the circles and ensure that they overlap. Fade the circles out at the top and bottom and leave white space along the edges.

Use a finger dauber to add different-sized circles in white pigment ink at the end to create a soft overlay effect.

Stamp the sentiment in black and matt and layer the white card panel onto dark blue cardstock. Trim a narrow border and affix to the card front to finish.
