Happy birthday- sweet girly birthday cake framed panel card

Create an 11.5x14.5cm card blank from white cardstock, cut a piece of patterned paper and affix to the card front.

Die-cut a heart-patterned from using the Scallop Rectangle Frame die set and secure onto the card front as shown then set aside.

With the largest Inside and Outside Stitched Circle die, cut a piece of white blending card and stamp the image in the centre. Colour as desired.

Using the largest Stitched Scallop Circle Edge Frame die, cut a piece of white cardstock and affix it to the outside of the circle. Fix the circular panel to the card front as shown.

Die-cut a piece of white cardstock using the Vertical Stitched Strip die and stamp with the sentiment. Adhere cross the bottom of the card front as shown.

Cut a co-ordinating piece of pink patterned paper using the Heart Border die, and secure one of the heart offcuts onto the sentiment banner to finish.
