Happy birthday- simple die-cut dragon boy's card
This design is perfect for a little boy's birthday, and is a fun way to show off your die-cut character assembling skills!
Cut white cardstock to 10x12cm and attach a Stick-it adhesive sheet to one side, then die-cut with the largest Stitch Edge Rectangle die.
Place the dragon at the bottom and the sentiment dies at the top and hold in place with low-tack tape. Die-cut and keep the small waste pieces from the sentiment die. Attach the panel to card front by peeling off the backing sheet from the Stick-it.
Die-cut the sentiment from red cardstock and attach into the negative space. Add the small waste pieces from the white die-cut in Step 2.
Die-cut the dragon in light blue, turquoise and dark blue cardstock. Trim pieces of each dragon from the different colours such as the wings, leg and body and re-build the dragon in the negative space. Rub over the inlaid die-cuts with a bone folder to secure in place.
