Happy birthday- purple patterned shaker card
Purple aperture card with sparkly shaker centre and heat-embossed metallic sentiment
Die-cut a circle from white cardstock. Cut an aperture into the white die-cut using the next die down in size. Add acetate to the reverse of the frame using high-tack tape then add 3D foam pads around the edge to create a well for the sequins. Add sequins inside the foam pads then secure a piece of white cardstock to the 3D foam pads to create a shaker.
Follow the step-by-step guide below to create the hinged die-cut.
Print a selection of patterned paper. Die-cut a circle as shown and add the hinged panel to the centre. Cut a 12.7cm square of co-ordinating patterned paper and layer onto a 13cm square of Golden Mosaid cardstock. Add both to the card blank.
Die-cut the ‘happy’ sentiment, then stamp and heat-emboss ‘birthday’. Adhere to the card front as shown to finish.
Adhere to the reverse of another circle of white cardstock.
You now have a small hinged topper.
