Happy birthday- pastel bubble effect card

Die-cut three different-sized circles from craft foam and adhere them to acrylic blocks using a temporary adhesive.

Ink up the largest circle using the lightest Distress Oxide Ink and stamp it on the card front. Stamp it out three more times in different places on the card front without re-inking the circle.

Repeat Step 2 with the next lightest ink and continue until you have used all the colours. Then change to the medium-sized circle and repeat, then the smallest and repeat to create the background.

Stamp the sentiment onto white cardstock, cut it into a banner shape and stick to the card front to finish. Remove the foam circles from the acrylic blocks and wash the blocks.
