Happy Birthday Lilac Balloons & Cake Card

Trim the edges of a 13.5x3.5cm piece of purple paper using pinking scissors, cut a doily in half and adhere to the back of the border as shown.

Mount onto pink paper measuring 13.5x9.5cm, secure a length of lace across the centre adhere the panel to a white 14.5x10.5cm card blank using 3D foam pads.

Stamp the cake onto white cardstock, colour and die-cut into a circle, repeat with the balloon image and adhere the toppers to the card front as shown using 3D foam pads.

Embellish the card front with a die-cut sentiment and paper flowers as shown to finish.
