Follow the glitter paste tutorial with cream cardstock, cutting a larger than the sentiment die-cut, and place with Stick and Spray onto 167cm of cream cardstock, adding the three shades of glitter to three areas of Texture Paste before layering onto the cardstock.

When the panel is dry, trim to 14.5x6cm square. Matt onto cream and blue cardstock and attach to card front with 3D foam pads.

Matt onto pink cardstock and attach to the centre of the card front with 3D foam pads. Add a bow to the top corner, twist the tails and stick in place. Add gems as shown to finish.
