Happy Birthday Cute Bottle Caddy

1

To make the caddy, find the midpoint of a cereal box, draw a line across the middle and down the sides and cut. Measure out 2” from the centre line and draw a line on each side.

2

Draw another line from the 2” line to the cut line on the box sides, cut these two pieces out and fold the box in half. Make two handles by drawing large long ovals and cutting them out from both sides of the box using a craft knife.

3

Adhere the halves together using a strong wet glue and use parcel tape to hold the box sides in place. Cover the caddy inside and out with black cardstock panels or paint the box and allow to dry.

4

Create cardboard shapes to reinforce the handle, cover them with contrasting paper and affix them to each side of the box handle.

5

Matt each outer panel of the caddy with patterned paper, leaving narrow borders.

6

Die-cut 3 bottles from patterned paper, cut out labels and bottle tops for each die-cut bottle and build as shown. Die-cut a black seal for each bottle, affix them to the neck and embellish with gilding wax.

7

Add a bottle topper to each side of the caddy, wrap the outside with ribbon and affix the third bottle on top using 3D foam pads.

8

Stamp the sentiment onto a white die-cut scalloped circle, layer it onto a patterned paper circle and then onto a black die-cut scalloped circle before mounting onto the ribbon border.
