Happy Birthday Card With Party Hat Design

Create a pink 5”-square card blank. Emboss the chevrons onto a 4”-square piece of white cardstock and layer it onto black cardstock, and affix it onto the card front.

Stamp and heat-emboss the sentiment onto a strip of turquoise cardstock, cut a ‘V’ in the end next to the sentiment and adhere it to the card front using 3D foam pads.

Punch a tree from patterned paper, cut the trunk from it to create a party hat and use 3D foam pads to secure it next to the sentiment.

Create a loopy pompom, leave the ends of the wool hanging from it and add it to the top the party hat along with sequin trim. Add star sequins to the card front to finish.
