Happy Birthday- blue splatter effect star

Trim a white 13.5x19cm card panel, then stamp the splatter with Baby Blue ink at the corners and edges, re-inking the stamp each time. Matt onto dark blue cardstock and attach to the card front.

Die-cut different size stars from dark, medium and light blue cardstock, cutting more of the smaller stars. Stamp over each of the stars with the splatter stamp using Baby Blue on the light blue cardstock, Ocean Blue on the medium blue cardstock and Midnight on the dark blue cardstock.

Adhere the largest star to the bottom of the card front, then attach the smaller stars with 3D foam pads, overlapping the stars a little. Finish with tiny stars, then die-cut a dark blue sentiment and attach as shown to finish.
