Happy birthday - a fun floral spinner card for a bird enthusiast
1
Stamp two birdhouses onto white cardstock, colour them using alcohol markers and cut them out. Adhere the toppers together, sandwiching a length of twine between them to create the spinner.
2
Cover the card front with purple cardstock, matt it with patterned paper, leaving a narrow border.
3
Die-cut a circular aperture into the card front, die-cut a scalloped circle frame from purple cardstock and layer it onto the card front.
4
Mount the spinner from Step 1 into the aperture using high-tack tape and cover the inside of the card front to hide the mechanism.
5
Stamp the sentiment onto a cream die-cut banner, secure it to the card front using 3D foam pads and embellish the design with flowers, pearls and a wooden bird to finish.
