Happily ever after - a fabulous easel card to wish the happy couple well
See how to make this easel card using heart shaped nesting dies, patterned papers, and versatile stamps featuring the King and Queen of Hearts.
Create an 11x10 card blank from the largest heart die-cut from white cardstock and fold the top in half. Affix another white heart die-cut to the lower half of the folded heart to create the easel card blank.
Add red cardstock to the inside of the card and a gold scalloped heart cut from gold card with a patterned paper heart layered on top.
Die-cut another heart from script-patterned paper and add a gold embossed heart on top. Layer onto a large red heart and add to the top of the card blank.
Stamp two playing card images onto white cardstock, colour, cut out and add to the card front. Add a paper flower and a glitter heart sticker.
Stamp the sentiment and cut into a label shape, affixing onto the bottom of the card blank using 3D foam pads, to act as the easel stopper. Add a bow and gems to finish.
