Gift box & tag- metallic circles

Open the Circle Background file in your Silhouette Studio (or create your own background utilising the simple shapes within the Studio) and set up the white cardstock with the foil on top on your cutting mat.

Send the design to Sketch (foil). To foil the acetate, cut it to about 5” square, place onto the mat with the foil on top, select a few circle designs from the large file creating to fill the 5” space in your Studio and send it to sketch.

Cut the white tag to 2x3½”, add eyelet and stamp on top and create the acetate pocket to fit the tag.

To make the box, cut the cardstock to 9” square and use the envelope board to score and punch each side at 3” and 6”. You will need to flip the cardstock upside down to complete some of the score lines and then score additional lines on each corner.

Fold on the score lines and make one cut with your scissors on each side to the first score line to make four flaps which you can add adhesive to and adhere to the inside of the box.

Secure flaps with a glue dot and add a handmade yarn bow. To make the yarn bow, simply wrap around a couple of fingers a few times, add a gold thread to the centre, secure and cut the bow ends.
