The Altenew Cube Builder stencil explains how to achieve the image by rotating the stencils and is therefore a good starting point.

Secure the stencil onto the card by adding some washi on back of it.

Stencil the first colour all over the card with the blending tool.

Remove and clean the stencil with water spray and a cloth.

Rotate the stencil to create second layer with the second colour ink and clean it again.

Flip and rotate the stencil for the third time and apply the last coloured ink.
