Place the stencil over a piece of a square white cardstock and stencil the design using both Distress Oxide Ink, rotating the stencil at a change of the colour to create the dimensional step effect.

Cut this panel to 4 ½” square, adhere it onto a slightly larger black mat panel, then onto the card base. Stamp and adhere the sentiment banner and embellish with a few jewels to finish.
