Football Madness Birthday Card

You will need

  • All Sorts of Sports & Sporting Silhouettes stamp sets
  • white, peach and navy cardstock
  • Papermania mini pigment inkpads
  • Tea Dye Ranger Tim Holtz Distress Ink
  • Onyx Black VersaFine inkpad
  • Clear WOW! Ultra Slow Drying Embossing Pad

  • ink-blending tool
  • corner-rounder punch
  • 3D foam pads

Trim white cardstock to 18x17cm, score down at 6cm then fold. Round off all the corners using a corner-rounder punch. Trim two pieces of peach cardstock slightly smaller than the front and inside panels, round off the corners, then adhere in place.

Trim white cardstock to 10.5.15.5cm, then stamp footballs towards the top-right corner using a blue inkpad. Blend ink on top, then round the corners. Layer onto navy cardstock, then adhere inside.

Trim another piece of white cardstock to 4.5x15.5cm, then stamp trophies across the top in orange. Stamp and white heat-emboss netting across the bottom. Blend orange ink over it then round off the corners, layer on many cardstock, then adhere to the card front.

Layer two 4.5x6cm oieces of white cardstock onto navy and peach, rounding the corners. Stamp a footballer in black, blue and orange ink. Cut round the black image then attach to the bottom rectangle using 3D foam pads. Adhere the top, shorts and football from the other stamped images on top.

Stamp and blue heat-emboss 'Happy Birthday' on a strip of white cardstock. Affix inside the card as shown.

Stamp a football shirt and football boots on peach cardstock. Cut out, add orange ink to the edges then attach to the card front. Add a stamped 'GOAL!' to the shirt.
