Cut two octagon lid/base dies from cream cardstock, fold all the score lines and adhere the tab to the next side panel and repeat on both octagonal die-cuts.

Die-cut four side panels from cream cardstock, secure the first panel to inside of base, ensuring that the fold is aligned with angle of the box base and repeat to attach all sides.
