Cover the card front with patterned paper. Die-cut the Layering Frame from white cardstock and gold mirror card, offset the two die-cuts together and affix it onto the card front using 3D foam pads.

Die-cut and emboss Lavender Planter from gold mirror card and patterned paper, inlay the paper plant pot into the gold die-cut and secure it to the frame using 3D foam pads.

Stamp sentiment onto a border of white cardstock and use 3D foam pads to affix it to the bottom of the card front to finish.
