Festive Wine Bottle Gift Tag With Holly

Using the template, cut out the bottle gift-tag shape from patterned paper, score along the fold line and punch a circle as shown.

Punch a spiro circle from patterned paper and punch a circle from brown cardstock.

Create a decorative topper using the ‘25’ die-cut layered onto the brown cardstock circle. Layer these onto the bottom spiro shape using 3D foam pads and attach to the bottle tag.

Trim a border from patterned paper and attach it on top of the scalloped border sticker. Secure this along the bottom of the bottle tag and trim the excess.

Finally, cut out some holly from patterned paper, add adhesive pearls and attach as shown.
