Score a 12.5x32.5cm piece of white cardstock at 12.5cm and 25cm, fold and adhere the side flaps to create the pocket. Cover the pocket with patterned paper, cut an indent into it and embellish it with a die-cut bell.

Die-cut the deco frame from green foil, cut a white square measuring the same size, apply an adhesive sheet to it, and layer the frame on top. Cover the exposed areas of the adhesive sheet with micro beads.

Repeat Step 2 with the Noel panel, using red foil and secure the two together using 3D foam pads. Wrap the gift wallet with a length of ribbon, mount the focal topper on top and add gems to finish.
