Festive easel card

1

Fold the front of the card blank in half to make the easel frame and cover with pale blue cardstock, leaving a narrow border.

2

Blend three colours of ink over a 12x6cm panel of white cardstock and die-cut the sky from this, then adhere to white cardstock and trim round the edge.

3

Die-cut and colour Santa and his reindeer, adding extra die-cut silver glitter card for the star and sleigh. Add highlights using a white gel pen.

4

Die-cut a brown rooftop and adhere to white cardstock leaving 3cm of white below the windows. Cut out, leaving the white flap below to create the stopper. Colour in the windows and paper-piece the snow using white glitter card.

5

Adhere a red 11x4.5cm panel to the flap and then to the easel card base, folding where red meets brown as shown. Add a white glitter card die-cut sentiment on an inked blue background to match the sky.

6

Use 3D foam pads to add the sky, extending above the fold. Add 3D foam pads to Santa and his reindeer and affix in position against the top panel so that he is on the roof when the card is displayed.
