Fairy Theme Happy Birthday Card

2 Colour the background on the square panel working from light to dark across the panel and add a shadow under the fairy’s feet.

3 Colour the fairy using the inks listed on page 30. Add white gel pen dots on the light-yellow stripes on the dress and glitter to the wings

4 Stamp the sentiment on the top of the square panel using Memento Ink and affix this to the front of the card.

Another reason for colouring the background first is to avoid any ink from the focal image accidentally being dragged into it
