'Fa la la la la la' Christmas Die-Cut Card Tutorial
Create this glittery Christmas card with a crystal glaze
Die-cut two square snowflake elements and two ‘FALALALALALA’ strips from white cardstock, and adhere one of each onto scrap white cardstock. Keeping the other die-cuts for later.
Flood the areas with a thin layer of Nuvo Crystal Glaze, then carefully sprinkle in coloured glitter to the different sections, you’ll need to repeat the process a couple more times until you’re happy with the concentration of glitter, but you’ll need to let each layer dry first.
To avoid contamination, you can do each section of colour separately, or you can do them all at once using a small spoon to help you direct the glitter more accurately. Top the designs with another thin coat of the glaze to create a smoother finish.
Once everything is dry, add the extra die-cuts over the top to achieve a neat look, then trim the pieces down, cutting right up to the edge of the existing die-cuts.
Add subtle stamping to the card front as desired and add the elements on top to finish.
