Cut a piece of watercolour cardstock slightly smaller than the card front and stamp the bicycle onto it.

Colour the bicycle using Distress Markers and a damp paintbrush for a watercolour effect and add flowers to the bicycle basket by adding multiple dots of colour.

Add the painted piece to the card front using 3D foam pads. Stamp the banner and sentiment, add a wash of blue using a Distress Marker and a paintbrush, then cut it out.

Add the sentiment to the card front using 3D foam pads to finish.
