Print a sheet of the woven patterned paper from the CD and cut to measure 14cm square. Matt onto brown cardstock and fit onto the card front using 3D foam pads.

Cut a strip of backing paper to measure 6x12cm and matt onto brown cardstock. Affix onto the left-hand side of the card front.

Die-cut a cream circle to measure approximately 9cm and ink the edges using Distress Ink. Matt onto a slightly larger brown scalloped circle die-cut and secure onto the card front.

Die-cut the vine twice from green cardstock and adhere using glue gel. Die-cut the hops and grapes from deep red cardstock and glue onto scrap cardstock, colouring as shown.

Die-cut the bottle and glasses using green cardstock for the bottle and grey for the glasses. Colour the glasses using the red marker pen and add white gel pen highlights and add the die-cuts to the circle as shown.

Cut a small label in brown cardstock and matt the sentiment onto it. Fix onto the bottom corner of the card front. Add the photo corners as shown to finish.
