Eco Craft Book Flower Crown Project

In this video, authors Laura Minter and Tia Williams share a project with you from the book... the Egg Box Flower Crown! This beautiful crown is made entirely out of materials you will find in your recycling bin. With a lick of paint they can be transformed into a crown fit for a king or queen!
You will need
- 5 or 6 small empty egg boxes
- Scissors
- Pencil
- PVA glue
- Paint
- 12 bottle lids
- Strip of corrugated card

Cut each egg compartment out of the egg boxes, then cut down each side to create four flaps. Press the flaps flat.

Draw petal shapes onto each side of the egg compartments, then cut out to create a flower. Repeat so you have 16–20 flowers
