Die-cutting Essentials 126 - on sale 20th February

We’re finally out of January and now the rest of the year is going to fly by, once again! Welcome to another jam-packed issue of Die-cutting Essentials! For this issue we’ve teamed up with our friend Lou Collins from TEXT{ures} to bring you an absolutely stunning Sent With Love statement sentiment die set. I know you’re going to have great fun using it; to create cards for all occasions and you can see ideas on pages 7, 36 & 65.

We have plenty of die-cutting techniques for you to try this month, starting with a guide to creative pop-out die-cut shaped elements on page 16. Learn how to design cards that are striking, using just one embossing folder in different ways with our guides on page 22 and use your stacked die-cuts in inventive ways to make five different, yet beautiful creations on page 45. You won’t want to miss the different ways of creating faux inlaid die-cutting on your makes on page 60 – I cannot wait to try these myself, as it will save so much time!

As usual we’re showcasing the latest products from your favourite die-cutting brands, including Poppystamps (page 12), Chloe’s Creative Cards (page 24), Lisa Horton (page 28), Concord & 9th (page 38), Simply Made Crafts (page42), Stampin’ Up! (page53) and The Crafty Witches (page 73).

We also go behind the scenes with our friend Anne-Marie Catterall of Hunkydory and find out more about her life and crafting preferences on page 50.

With all this and so much more, I shall leave you to your reading and crafting! Don’t forget to share your makes with us using the hashtag diecuttingessentials!

Happy crafting!
