Create the background panel, ensuring to use coloured die-cuts and adding co-ordinating colours of Nuvo Mousse with your finger before you adhere them down.

Die-cut the sentiment from purple cardstock, along with a couple of flowers, some foliage and hearts, then add co-ordinating colours of Nuvo Mousse with you finger.

Die-cut a large heart from vellum and a smaller heart from white cardstock and layer them together. Adhere to the background panel using 3D foam pads.

Add the sentiment on top of the hearts then add the floral cluster, using your fingers to add shape to the petals and decorating the centre of the flower with pearls.

Attach the background panel to a piece of pink cardstock leaving a narrow border at the top and bottom as shown. Attach the panel to the card front and add a scattering of purple die-cut hearts to finish.
