Die-cut Circle Happy Birthday Card
Create this card using the free gift from issue 166 of Simply Cards & Papercraft, Ribbon & circle nesting dies.
Place a large circle die to slightly overlap the folded edge of a square white card blank to create the circle card base. Attach a slightly smaller white scalloped circle then trim away a small section from the lower edge so the card will stand.
Die-cut a smaller peach circle and stamp the leaf image to overlap the edge using VersaMark ink. Cover using white embossing powder and heat-emboss. Repeat, stamping around the entire edge of the circle, wrap gold ribbon from the top to the lower edge then attach to the card front.
Die-cut a 7.5cm-diameter circle from gold cardstock and two white decorative labels. Cut the labels in half and place to overlap the edge of the gold circle to create a frame. Attach to a larger circle cut from jade cardstock then affix to the centre of the base using 3D foam pads.
Layer a peach circle onto a white scalloped circle die-cut and centrally adhere to the card front using 3D foam pads. Die-cut a gold solid label and use VersaMark ink to stamp the leaf image at each side. Heat-emboss using white powder then stamp and heat-emboss a sentiment in the centre as shown. Adhere to the card front using 3D foam pads.
Add three small pearls underneath the sentiment. Add a ribbon bow and a die-cut flower to finish.
