crochet hair accessories

On the last page of each issue of Crochet Now Magazine Lynne Row of shares a little project to use up your leftover yarn.

We thought we'd hunt out a few fun hair accessory ideas from talented crochet bloggers around the world. Litt hair clips, bows and bobbles make lovely gifts or stocking fillers - you could even make some to sell at a summer or Christmas craft fair.

In Issue 4 of Crochet now Lynne has shared this pretty pattern to make up some simple little flowers which would be great to cheer up a coat or bag as a brooch or attached to a ponytail band as a pretty hair accessory.

Issue 4 is available to order from or you can get a digital version of the magazine, available in loads of different formats here - Crochet Now Digital Issues

This bow pattern is by Jess of Craftiness is Not Optional - she says "Glue a clip on them and attach it to the nearest kiddo and tada! Instant adorableness and cute-osity. They would make rad bow ties, too, for those of you who have boys"

See this post from Tangled Happy Blog on how to attach the clips.
