We are so excited to bring you issue 118 of Creative Stamping. I think the stamps with this issue might just be some of the most beautiful stamps we have ever designed! The theme of this issue is mindfulness and positive mental health, and I have to say it makes me happy just to look at our fabulous Wings & Things collection – which we are bringing to you in partnership with Mental Health UK.

I hope that our themes connect equally with those who need a boost, who are wanting to take some time out to create beautiful things, and anyone who wants to show their support both for the charity and for others.

Myself and the Design Team have all added our thoughts about how crafting benefits our health and wellbeing. I would love to hear from you too, so please do get in touch with your makes and thoughts, either by email or through our supportive Reader’s Gallery, here on CraftWorld!

We have inspiration from elegant clean and simple makes by Laura Rumble, to colourful techniques ideas using your inkpads with Vanessa Hodgson. You could get creative and support charity with off-the-page ideas for gifts from Amy Wilks.
Glynis Bakewell brings her love of glitter to her stamping style feature with incredible acetate and vellum 3D embellishments. If mixed-media is more your style, check out Teresa Morgan’s feature, which includes this issue’s fab cover card
The very talented Lou Withers joins us this issue to talk Mindful Moodling. Lou is a strong advocate for looking after your mental health and she shares her experiences and creative ideas with us inside.

This issue’s masterclass showcases the new Tim Holtz Distress Watercolour Pencils, a must-have stash addition if, like us, you love his Distress range of colours. Jane Royston shows how versatile they are. Of course, we have a fabulous 10% discount at CraftStash for you, plus more savings throughout the magazine.
We’ve got brand-new releases from AALL & Create, Lavinia Stamps, IMALA at Stamps By Me and more, plus crafty competitions and giveaways. We have started our search for the next Cardmaker of the Year –see just what you can win inside, and meet last year’s winners. Why not set yourself a challenge and it could be you gracing our pages this time next year! Enter now for your chance to win your share of £21,000-worth of prizes and a place on our Design Team!

Happy stamping!
Nicky
