Congrats- geometric rabbit
Use ink and salt to create the cool pitted texture effect in varying colours for each rabbit
Take a few scraps of white cardstock, and spray each scrap with a different colour of ink, making sure to saturate the card as we need lots of wet ink.
On two of the colours, sprinkle on some salt (I used a mix of rock salt and sea salt) the salt will suck up some of the moisture and leave a pitted texture on the final piece.
On the other two colours, take some cling film, lightly scrunch it up and add it over the top. The moisture from the inks will gather in the folds to give a unique look, usually this is darker in colour, but with the oxides, you get the oxidised look instead.
Die-cut four geo bunnies from white cardstock, then once the backgrounds are dry, adhere a bunny onto each, and use your scissors to trim around the perimeter so the colour is just behind the geo design.
Die-cut the ‘Congrats’ sentiment from a scrap of one of the colours, and also from white card, the shadow these together.
Add all the bunnies in a row on your card, using a mix of flat and 3D foam pads, then cut a vellum banner to mount the sentiment on and finish the card with a scattering of gems.
