Emboss a 15cm square of gold cardstock and layer it onto gold mirror card, leaving a narrow border.

Cut and emboss the Filigree Affections die from cream cardstock and adhere it to the top of the embossed panel. Die-cut it again from gold mirror card and paper-piece the hearts onto design.

Wrap the panel with ribbon, add a big bow using a hot-glue gun and affix it to the card front using 3D foam pads.

Die-cut the sentiment from cream cardstock and gold mirror card, layer together, offsetting the die-cuts to create a shadow effect, and mount the topper onto the card front.

Die-cut a scalloped circle from gold mirror card, and a plain circle from cream cardstock. Build the topper, add gold die-cut numbers as shown and attach it to the bow.

Embellish the card front with Crystal Drops to finish.
